Hi,

Please send us an email with details to your website (backoffice and ftp) so we can test and fix the issues you are having. There is no obvious fix just from the details you provided.

Best regards

What is this?  Some kind of beta testing?  When I paid for this I expected it to work out of the box, without giving you access to my backoffice.  I'm not impressed at all, I'll be asking for my money back.

Hi W,

It is not about 'beta-testing' as it is about providing the information needed to identify an issue with respect to your website / server configuration.
That is, if you have a custom build (modified) version of Prestashop, the module might not work correctly for you because of those modifications.

To accelerate the process of fixing / customization, we ask for the above-mentioned information, otherwise it would require a very long exchange of multiple step-by-step instructions, which of course might also require various degrees of programming knowledge.

Best regards.

I'm not running a custom build.  I'm using version 1.3.7.  If you want to open some line of communication via email, then you can contact me at wayne[at]mtownsports.com

[EDIT] Modified the email address to prevent spam.

Hi,

We sent an email to the address you provided.

And to clarify the previous post:
The "custom build" was just an example, the causes of a strange behavior can be numerous - server configuration, file permissions, php plugins, etc.

From the info you provided it seems there is an issue with the Database configuration, but just a guess as the information is very limited.
