Hi,
We sent an email to the address you provided.
And to clarify the previous post: The "custom build" was just an example, the causes of a strange behavior can be numerous - server configuration, file permissions, php plugins, etc.
From the info you provided it seems there is an issue with the Database configuration, but just a guess as the information is very limited.

Hi W,
It is not about 'beta-testing' as it is about providing the information needed to identify an issue with respect to your website / server configuration. That is, if you have a custom build (modified) version of Prestashop, the module might not work correctly for you because of those modifications.
To accelerate the process of fixing / customization, we ask for the above-mentioned information, otherwise it would require a very long exchange of multiple step-by-step instructions, which of course might also require various degrees of programming knowledge.
