Dynamic characteristics

Hello,

we bought this module last Friday.
We start to use it (v3.9).
How to add our characteristics to the mass update ?
because there only defaut characteristics.

Moreover, characteristics shown in the documentation are not exactly the same as in the interface.

Please could you help us ?

Hi Nicolas,

First, please send us an email to support[at]endpulse.com so we can send you the latest v4.0 version of QuickUpdate.

Second, QuickUpdate does not allow the add of additional characteristics, if you have such a request, please check the "Feature request" section of the forum, or if you have some specific custom functionality, send us an email to the address above.

The characteristics are different based on the PS version you are using.

We are trying to keep compatibility for now, as the PS versions are very volatile and change frequently - thus many users still use older versions of PS.
Keeping this compatibility though does not allow the exact same functionality across all versions of Prestashop (check the module description on our website).
