Essentially the features are missing because they were left out of the current version for various reasons.
Most used features were included.

There is a demo available to check how the module works, including the updating possibilities: http://demo2.endpulse.com/admind/quickupdate/ (also mentioned on the product description page).

Regarding the features you listed:

"Manufacturer" - this one may be available as a separate plugin because it addresses a different section of PS
"Mark as sale" - we might include this one in the next release
"Keywords" - if this refers to meta keywords - it is already intended for development as a separate plugin

I would not recommend modifying the code because there are quite some tightly related functions.

FBML has been deprecated by Facebook, but iFrame should work ok, just select the auto-resize option.
Regarding the logout - most probably the login / registration is not done correctly, please send us an email with your website address and optionally some credentials (BackOffice & FTP) so we can fix any issues, if any.

This issue was caused by the fact that the template did not have / execute the footer hook needed by the module.

Checked your website and there is an issue - you have some other errors in your website that prevent the module from working properly.
Please send us an email so i can send you the latest version of the module and also if you do not manage to configure it to work or cannot solve the other errors, please mention in the email some credentials to your website - Employee account to your BackOffice and FTP account to your PS install and i will configure the module for you, and if possible identify the cause of the error to point you to the right direction.
