Affiliation Settings not picked up from Refferal Program Module?

Just going through the installation steps and have a couple of problems..
One, the Options screen when Setting up the Facebook App on the 'Facebook Integration' page has changed from that in the Manual. There is no "FBML" option any more?

And secondly, I installed the Customer Referral Module and entered my settings (% off etc) but the values are not transferred to the Facebook module on the 'Affiliation' setup page.
It notes the module as ACTIVE, but does not pick up the values from it.
I'm using the latest version of the module (got it yesterday) and also the latest version of Prestashop.

Any help?
