[SOLVED] Quick update - Accents for french language

Hello, there is a bug in the description fields :

french users have accent on letters like a, e, i, o, u (à, é, è, ë, ê, ï, ô, ù), updating an existing field replace these accents by something else (like "u00e9" in place of "é") and this is the same with the ' (apostrophe).

What can we do to resolve this problem ?
